Drummond Island Yacht Haven

Whatever brings you to the playground of northern Michigan Drummond Island Yacht Haven helps you make the most of it.  We have room for your yacht - up to 120 feet.  We have our own challenging championship golf course and we’ll drive you from the dock to The Rock and back.  When you feel like dining ashore, there are exceptional restaurants and we have cars to rent so you can come and go at your leisure.

We Welcome Boats of All Sizes

We have fuel and pumpout of course, and if you need service, we have the certified mechanics to take care of it… and at the end of the season Drummond Island Yacht Haven has heated indoor storage and a 75-ton travel lift.

In fact, the travel lift is one of the first things you see from the water… that and the big stars and stripes on our flagpole… and the bright silver roof on our buildings.  Making your way through the islands to our Haven can be a bit tricky the first time so if you let us know you’re coming, we’ll send you a brochure with a chart and the best route to take.

You're Close to Everything You Need

If you’re fishing, our boat store has tackle, lures and live bait… plus a map that shows you where the hotspots are.

Nature lovers can visit a rare alvar region on the island’s Maxton Plains.  The Nature Conservancy is steward of this rare habitat.

We have waterfront cottages for a night or a week… and the sunsets from the front windows can be breathtaking.

Come north to explore… to visit the DeTour Reef Light with trained guides and the resident lighthouse keepers… to visit the past at the Drummond Island Museum… to discover the Harbour Island National Wildlife Refuge… ride the island trails… there’s so much to do, you won’t want to leave!
