The oldest lock on the Trent is home to the best deck on the WaterWay.  When you’re locking through or driving by, this is a place to relax for a while.  And on weekends there’s live entertainment.

Bobcaygeon Inn is a big, rambling house, with so much to offer.  Besides the great patio there’s a restaurant with the salads you expect and some new takes like “Trail Mix Salad”.  The rest of the menu includes pizza, soup, sandwiches and an eclectic dinner menu from New York sirloin steaks to schnitzel and chicken tetrazini.  There’s a pasta called Hell’s Kitchen to give your inner devil something to think about!

If you want to get out of the V berth for a while and enjoy a shower with all the hot water you want, there are rooms at the Inn.  Most have waterfront views, all have the kind of comfort you may have been missing on board.  And while you stay Bobcaygeon will make you welcome… You can wander downtown, visit Kawartha Settlers’ Village to see life in the region from centuries past, stop by for the Fiddle & Step Dance competition, Antique Car Show or one of the many fishing derbies.  Pickerel fishing by the dam can be very good!

Guests of the Inn have free parking and free mooring during their stay.

The Bobcaygeon Inn is also a Conference Centre… a great setting for a big meeting, private party or wedding.
