Boating Safety Overview - Skiing, Boarding, Tubing

In Ontario towing skiers etc. behind a watercraft must in no way endanger the public. Someone in the boat, other than the operator, must be a spotter for the skier, etc. The boat must also have appropriate seating and carry all approved safety equipment including life jackets or PFDs for those being towed.
