Bayliner Takes Three CSI Awards… Again
Bayliner Boats will receive three Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards from the NMMA this fall. This is the second year in a row that Bayliner has earned such high levels of customer satisfaction. The awards are in recognition of Bayliner’s earning satisfaction ratings of 90 percent or better over the past year. Customer satisfaction is measured independently and is based on information provided by all consumers who bought a new Bayliner in the year beginning April 1, 2008.
“These awards are not just a reflection on the quality of our products,” said Jeff Behan, president of Bayliner. “They also validate the fine work and exemplary customer service of our dealers. We couldn’t be happier with their effort to promote and support the Bayliner brand.”
Bayliner’s winning categories were deckboats, sterndrive bowriders, and sterndrive cuddy and express boats. The awards will be handed out during the 2009 International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX), in the Miami Beach Convention Center, October 12 to 14.
